GREEK YOGHURT AND BERRIES


This recipe of yoghurt, fruit and honey provides the perfect ingredients for a post training snack as it contains important recovery nutrients such as protein, calcium, carbohydrates and antioxidants.

Ingredients

- 3.4 cup greek yoghurt 

- 1/2 cup of blueberries 

- 1 cup chopped strawberries 

- 1 tsp honey

 

Method

  1. Place 3/4 cup of yoghurt in a bowl.
  2. Wash and slice your berries, place on top of the yoghurt.
  3. Drizzle honey over the top and enjoy!
