The Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS) is the centre for high-performance sport in Victoria with a proven ability to develop some of Australia's most talented athletes.

Traineeships
The VIS offers traineeships for students to gain valuable practical experience in preparing elite athletes, working alongside some of Australia’s leading coaches, experts and administrators. We offer traineeships in the following areas;
- Performance Science
- Strength & Conditioning
- Nutrition
- Marketing & Media
- Information & Technology
Trainee placements range in duration from 12 weeks to a year and are located within the world class VIS facilities at Lakeside Stadium in Albert Park, Melbourne.
Work Experience
Please note, we are unable to offer work experience opportunities to secondary school students.
