"Daddy was just representing Australia"

Paralympic bronze medalist Nick Hum was competing for Australia in Tokyo, when his new-born daughter, Holly was born. Today, the father-of-two is navigating the new normal of balancing elite sport, with work and his role as a Dad.

“Beautiful Holly, welcome to the world, Daddy was just representing Australia.” Hum told reporters moments after he claimed the bronze in the men’s long jump T20 with a season best jump of 7.12m.
