Join us in the 'May Push Up Challenge'

10 Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS) staff members (and counting) have put their hand up to participate in the ‘May Push Up Challenge’ in order to get fit, have fun and support mental health next month.

The goal is for each individual to complete 3,046 push-ups in 21 days and raise donations for Headspace. It’s also a fantastic way for our wider VIS community to stay connected to each other and ultimately work towards something that is so important during these tough times.

So VIS athletes and staff members, it’s not too late to join our team. For more information on how to join our team follow this link: https://www.thepushupchallenge.com.au/team/943-vic-institute-of-sport

Stay tuned via our social platforms on how we progress!
