This week the Australian Olympic Committee are excited to launch the AOC's inaugural Wellbeing Week 2019, running 9-13 September, 2019!

The theme for this year's Wellbeing Week is #ChampionYourself - and we aim to provide Olympians, Olympic-hopefuls, athlete support services, and sport fans the chance to gain insight and knowledge on topics that can have a positive impact on your day-to-day wellbeing.

Wellbeing Week will take place this week and will comprise of a series of 'Lunch & Learn' sessions streamed live on Facebook from 12.30pm AEST, with a fantastic group of Olympians and experts covering topics like nutrition, financial opportunities and mental health.

R U OK?Day is our national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone to ask, “Are you OK?” and to remember every day of the year to support people who may be struggling with life’s ups and downs.

This year in the build-up to R U OK?Day we’re encouraging everyone to Trust the Signs, Trust your Gut & Ask R U OK?
