Aussie World Swimming Trials 2019

The 2019 Hancock Prospecting World Swimming Trials are currently taking place in Brisbane.

So far VIS athletes Mack Horton, Daniel Cave and Jess Hansen, have taken to the stage.

Mack Horton finished 2^nd in the Men’s 400m Freestyle and narrowly missed the qualification for the men’s 200m freestyle. Daniel Cave also came home with a 2^nd in the Men’s 100m breaststroke.

Jess Hansen had a strong heat swim, leading to a 1^st place in the Women’s 100m Breaststroke final, just narrowly missing the qualifying time.
