Rayner on track for World Cross Country Champs

VIS marathon duo Jack Rayner and Sinead Diver both finished third at the 2019 Kagawa Marugame International Half Marathon in Japan on the weekend.

Rayner crossed the line in a time of 1 minute 1:36 seconds which is great preparation for the upcoming World Cross Country Championships set to be held in March.

Over in Europe, Victorian Institute of Sport 1500m runners; Ryan Gregson and Jordan Williamsz started their season in fine form finishing 3rd and 4th at the Dortmund Indoor meet.
