Victorian Institute of Sport’s Dylan Alcott and Heath Davidson were again crowned champions of the Japan Open in the Quad Wheelchair Doubles.
The two proved too strong for USA’s David Wagner and South Africa’s Lucas Sithole, winning 7-6(3), 6-3.
However, Wagner got the better of Alcott in the Men’s Singles final where he was defeated 6-3, 2-6, 3-6.
“Mixed results here in Japan. Lost in the singles final but stoked to win the doubles with my main man Heath Davidson.” Alcott said.
