VIS sharp shooter Aislin Jones has won the women’s Skeet event at the ISSF Junior World Cup in Sydney.
To compliment her Junior World Cup Title, Jones also broke the Junior Finals World Record with 51 hits out of 60 targets.
Jones made a statement to her competitors early notching up an impressive streak of 18 consecutive hits to distance herself from the rest of the competition.
Only a week out from the Commonwealth Games, at just the age of 18-years-old Jones showed she is more than ready to compete on the big stage.
Shooting begins at Gold Coast 2018 on 8 April.
