The Victorian Institute of Sport will be represented by four cyclists at Gold Coast 2018 after Commonwealth Games Australia selected four debutants; Kelland O’Brien (Track Endurance), Jacob Schmid (Track Sprint), Jess Gallagher (Para-Tandem) and Madison Janssen (Para-Tandem).
Congratulations to VIS 2009 Award of Excellence recipient, Leigh Howard, on also gaining selection.
Australia has had great success at the Commonwealth Games in recent times, achieving 45 medals across Glasgow and Delhi.
Track Cycling will begin on 5 April at Gold Coast 2018.
