Nutrition Tip | Festive feasting

With the Festive feasting season in full flight, you may find yourself consuming a little extra deliciousness than normal!

This can be a challenging time for athletes who need to be particularly careful about their physique with upcoming summer competitions. However, allowing yourself to enjoy without over- indulging is a great strategy to prevent over eating!

Plan ahead, avoid going to functions hungry, watch your portions, fill up on salads & vegetables, keep sweets & treats to a minimum and limit to those you really enjoy and watch your drinks.

From everyone in the Nutrition Department, wishing you all a wonderfully delicious Christmas and Great 2018!
