VIS scholarship holder, Jaryd Clifford, has finished 3rd in the prestigious Melbourne Marathon 10km race, running with guides Matthew Clarke and VIS scholarship holder Luke Mathews.
Finishing the 10km race with a time of 30:40, Clifford said that running with guides allowed him to focus purely on the running.
Stewart McSweyn took out the race with a blistering time of 00:29:33.
Earlier this year, Clifford finished 3rd in the T13 1500m at the World Para Athletics Championships in London.
