Turner takes sixth

VIS scholarship holder, Bodi Turner, has finished 6th in the field at the UCI BMX World Championships.

 

Turner finished only 0.1 seconds behind Ecudorian, Alfredo Jose Campo Vintimilla, to place just outside of the top five riders, unable to replicate his 4th place 2016 Rio Olympic result.

 

American, Corben Sharrah, took out the gold medal finishing 2.9 seconds ahead of Australian Bodi Turner.
