VIS rowers, Josh Booth and Josh Dunkley-Smith, won the M2- race at the HollandBeker International Regatta over the weekend.
After a rainy and windy heats session, Booth and Dunkley-Smith raced to the gold medal in mostly dry and fast conditions against a tough field that including top finishers in the recent World Cup.
The win was an important one for the VIS scholarship holders, giving them some good results ahead of this week’s prestigious Henley Royal Regatta.
