Ryan Ruffels has equaled his career-best finish with an impressive second place finish on the PGA Tour Latino America in the Dominican Republic.
The VIS golfer put down a winning five-under-par 66 placing him just behind leader Tee-T Kelly, after three rounds of 68-68-68 to take the second place finish.
The result in Puerto Plata matched Ruffels’ second place debut in Colombia last year and last month’s finish in Costa Rica.
American Tee-K Kelly took with the win 21-under-par after an impressive first round of 61.
VIS scholarship holder Ruffels has now moved to 6th on the tour’s order of merit.
