VIS Nutrition Tip

Have you seen Quark yoghurt in the dairy cabinet and wondered what it is?

Quark yoghurt is a traditional high protein dairy product from Sweden made with a special blend of quark and yoghurt cultures.

Rokeby Farms Quark yoghurt is made the authentic Swedish way by culturing fresh milk at lower temperatures for longer to create a quark yoghurt that is naturally rich in protein and mild in flavour.  Their unique cold filtration process removes some of the water and lactose, which naturally increases the protein and calcium. It’s then fermented with a special blend of cheese and yoghurt cultures.

With up to 17g of protein per tub, it’s a great between meal or post training recovery snack. And with a whopping 500mg of calcium, it goes a long way to meeting your calcium needs too.

Quark yoghurt is perfect for adding to recipes: add to your pasta sauce in place of cream, dollop on a potato, use as a salad dressing instead of mayo or simply enjoy as a snack.
