Supplement Update!!

The 2017 WADA List of Prohibited Substances & Methods is now available.

It’s the responsibility of each athlete to ensure they are familiar with this list which can be downloaded here:

Two new products that have been added to this list are Higenamine & DMBA, which are both commonly found in pre-workout supplements.  You can read more about these substances here:

This provides a timely reminder to use supplements safely. VIS Nutrition are currently completing their annual supplement audit on all athletes.  However, as we know, athletes may change their supplement use regularly, so please discuss any supplement changes (including brand changes) with your VIS Dietitian first. AMS also provides an opportunity for athletes to update this information regularly, so we encourage you to do this.
