Rollers ready for revenge

The pain of losing the London 2012 gold medal final is what will push the Australian men’s wheelchair basketball team to glory at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.

The 12-strong line-up was announced today, with four VIS athletes named in the squad.

Tristan Knowles will wear the green & gold at his fourth Paralympic Games in Rio.

London 2012 Paralympian Jannik Blair has been selected for his second Games, while Josh Allison and Shawn Russell will make their Paralympic debuts.

The Rollers will feature in Group A against Canada, Spain, Turkey, Japan and the Netherlands when the Paralympic Games open on September 7.
