Cardwell claims second successive title

Last week VIS squash player Sarah Cardwell predicted that after waiting so long for her second career title, her third wouldn't take so long. It took one week, in fact!

Cardwell continued her recent strong form, winning the 2015 Malaysian Squash Tour VIII at the Royal Selangor Club in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.

Cardwell came through a four-game battle with Sivasangari Subramaniam in the quarter final, and defeated Vanessa Raj in the semis to progress to the final.

Cardwell won the final 3-1 and claimed her second successive PSA World Tour title in as many weeks.
