How does the VIS support your career in high performance sport?
The VIS support team has been super valuable in every aspect of my professional career. I majorly use the strength and conditioning coach, the physiotherapist and massage therapist. These services are crucial to my overall body function and I will not be able to train as well as I do without these amazing people.
Most memorable sporting moment?
My most memorable sporting moment is definitely competing at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Having my favourite people with me, my coaches and family, made my moment really special.
Proudest personal achievement outside of sport?
I built my own wardrobe for my bedroom.
What do you enjoy most about your sport?
I love play sparring, where you can enjoy being creative with your body and kicks to find scoring openings.

Go-to meal before competing?
A bowl of yoghurt with muesli and peanut butter.
If you could have dinner with any three people, who would they be?
Rihanna, Queen Elizabeth II, Michael Jackson.
What do you enjoy doing outside of sport?
Eating with friends, attending live music acts, going to the beach or park with friends. Going to the cinema with my family. Cooking traditional foods for my family.
