The most memorable sporting moment of my life was at the Lacrosse World Championships in Baltimore, USA, in 2022. We were set to play Team USA, however we were sidelined as a thunderstorm rolled through. If two and a half hours in the changerooms, filled with games, funny stories and dancing, wasn’t memorable enough, it was our walk out onto the field I’ll never forget. As we lined up outside the changerooms and took our first steps onto the field as a team, Men At Work’s iconic Land Down Under song came blasting over the speakers. Hand in hand, as Team USA walked out, we belted out the lyrics and danced across the field as we begun our warm-up ahead of the game. It’s the most connected I’ve ever felt in a team. A moment I’ll never forget, as we embraced the Aussie spirit on the world stage, together.

I love the community, energy and fast-paced nature that Lacrosse brings to my life. I've made life long friends and connections, the energy around the sport is unmatched and it's affectionately knows as the fastest sport on two feet. What's not to love?!

A great breakfast makes all the difference. I'm a big brunch girl! Love eggs, avo, sourdough toast, maybe some tomatoes or mushrooms on the side! And hashbrowns! Lunch and dinner we're looking at a fresh chicken roll or Mum's spaghetti bolognese always preps me the right way!

Traveling!! I've been very lucky to travel so much with Lacrosse - having spent 5 years in the US among the college system, as well as World events which brought me to different countries I may never have experienced otherwise. Any time I get the chance, I always take the opportunity to experience a new place or culture. A highlight is always the different types of food I would likely not try any other time!
