Our General Manager High Performance, Dave, brings a fun energy and passion to taking care of us. It makes me excited and motivated to show up and give 100% to all my training.

Walking out to play USA at the 2022 World Cup - as we were walking out music was playing so we asked them to play Land Down Under and when we dropped our gear to start warming up we were all singing and dancing to it. It was just us at the time, no one else in the crowd, the game had been delayed due to thunderstorms so at this point it was like 11pm. We just embraced the Aussie culture - being with your teammates and having a laugh is one of my favourite memories wearing the green and gold.

One of my proudest moments was getting diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in July 2024, navigating trying to be a professional athlete in the midst of dealing with a life long disease that requires constant attention and work. I think it will always continue to be something I am proud of, although it’s not something I will be able to overcome.

It’s competitive, tough, entertaining and fun. I get to play with my best friends and even family when I play lacrosse and it’s something I cherish everyday.

Every tragedy has an opportunity, mistakes aren’t the end only the beginning, forgiveness is a strength, trust your instincts and believe in yourself.

I am celiac now so my choices aren’t amazing, but I make a mean vodka pasta with an iceberg salad that I LOVE to eat when I know I’m in for a big competition.

I am a gamer so I play COD on PS5 most nights, I also collect Pokemon cards and I love to paint.
