Wellbeing Week

This week the Australian Olympic Committee are excited to launch the AOC’s inaugural Wellbeing Week 2019, running 9-13 September, 2019!

The theme for this year’s Wellbeing Week is #ChampionYourself – and we aim to provide Olympians, Olympic-hopefuls, athlete support services, and sport fans the chance to gain insight and knowledge on topics that can have a positive impact on your day-to-day wellbeing.

Wellbeing Week will take place this week and will comprise of a series of ‘Lunch & Learn’ sessions streamed live on Facebook from 12.30pm AEST, with a fantastic group of Olympians and experts covering topics like nutrition, financial opportunities and mental health.

The Victorian Institute of Sport are also proud to be supporting ‘R U OKDay’ on Thursday September 12.
