Paralympic bronze medalist Nick Hum was competing for Australia in Tokyo, when his new-born daughter, Holly was born. Today, the father-of-two is navigating the new normal of balancing elite sport, with work and his role as a Dad.

Beautiful Holly, welcome to the world, Daddy was just representing Australia. Hum told reporters moments after he claimed the bronze in the mens long jump T20 with a season best jump of 7.12m.

See below a snapchat into Nick’s life and how he is able to balance his careers as an elite athlete, and cabinet maker, with his role as a father of two children.
