How does the VIS support your career in high performance sport?
The support network that the VIS provides creates a great feeling of comfort and backing, that is so important in feeling prepared.
Most memorable sporting moment?
Competing in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games final.
What do you enjoy most about your sport?
The cultures you experience, the places you travel too, the people you meet and the feeling when you put it all together in a race is an unmatched level of flow.
Advice to your younger self?
Nothing is really that deep, no matter how deep it seems. Sport can sometimes over run life, but life is always more than sport.
What do you enjoy doing outside of sport?
I enjoy filming and cinematography, guitar, golf and playing video games.
