How does the VIS support your career in high performance sport?
The constant care and support of all the VIS staff in the team have helped me to manage life changes whilst continuing to play Netball at a State and National level as a regional athlete. While also supporting me throughout my ACL rehab so I am able to get back on court successfully.
Most memorable sporting moment?
Playing Netball overseas as part of a VIS tour and as part of the u21 Australian squad in FIJI.
What do you enjoy most about your sport?
Being able to work in a team with others where we are all pushing each other to get better and working towards the same goals.
Advice to your younger self?
Don't waste time on things you can't control, don't measure yourself against others, focus on your own journey.
