How does the VIS support your career in high performance sport?
Access to the facilities at the VIS, has had a massive impact on my performance, specifically when I was based in Melbourne and was able to come in for strength and conditioning as well as any recovery I needed after long days of training.
Most memorable sporting moment?
Competing for Australia at the 2023 World Junior Championships in Melbourne.
Proudest personal achievement outside of sport?
Moving to Scotland to study at Heriot-Watt University.
What do you enjoy most about your sport?
Both physically and mentally intense the entire time.
Advice to your younger self?
Don't be afraid to make mistakes.
Go-to meal before competing?
Greek style chicken and rice.
