Performance Psychology

The VIS Performance Psychology team comprises leading performance psychologists who provide best practice support to enhance athletic performance and wellbeing.

Working closely with coaches and other VIS athlete performance support staff, performance psychology plays a key role in supporting athletes with their mental readiness, performance under pressure, recovery from injury, managing setbacks, building effective communication and preparing for life after sport.
