Nutrition

The VIS Nutrition team comprises of accredited sports dietitians, delivering evidence-based, personalised, and sport-specific nutrition guidance, along with practical strategies designed to empower athletes in reaching their health and performance objectives.

This is accomplished through close collaboration with coaches and other VIS athlete performance support teams, ensuring each athlete’s nutrition plan aligns with their individual goals.

From the VIS to Bass Strait: an Alumni’s Sydney to Hobart story
