All of the VIS support staff have been so incredible with helping me develop as not only an athlete but also as a person! Anywhere from coming back from injuries, managing a high training load, or even just helping me perform at my best. Every single member of the VIS team, for me, have made lasting contributions to my life in sport.

Depends on what time I'm racing! For brekky, some honey and rice goes down a treat, but for lunch I prefer pesto pasta.

I love being outdoors, especially working with horses! I also enjoy the piano, and arts and crafts.
