My team at the VIS has played a massive role in supporting me through injuries and other setbacks, helping me return to racing as soon as possible!
What do you enjoy most about your sport?
My favourite thing about windfoiling is the feeling of freedom as I fly above the water.

Have fun and stick with it!

Anna is a windfoiling athlete at the Victorian Institute of Sport. Her presentations cover her journey through sport, including how she has coped with the challenges she has faced and the biggest lessons she has learnt along the way.
The presentation is highly interactive and allows listeners to gain a deeper understanding of an athlete’s journey, including nutrition, training, goal setting and competition, and how they can incorporate these things into their everyday lives.
Anna has represented Australia at the 2024 iQFoil World Championships U21 and the 2025 iQFoil World Championships.
