How does the VIS support your career in high performance sport?
They've provided a lot of off court support that can help me become more confident and calm in my performances.
Most memorable sporting moment?
Winning School Sport Victoria U15's Netball Nationals at Perth in 2023, but have had a lot of other fun experiences since.
Proudest personal achievement outside of sport?
Probably doing well in school, I like to do well and really enjoy the sciences, so anything where I do well I'm proud of.
What do you enjoy most about your sport?
I enjoy the competition and how it's both an output for me to have fun, but also push myself and remain fit.
Advice to your younger self?
Try your hardest, you can push yourself so much harder and achieve a great amount more.
Go-to meal before competing?
I love a pasta or risotto, lots of carbs and a bit of protein usually helps me have enough energy to perform well.
What do you enjoy doing outside of sport?
I like to read lots of books when I have the time, also listening and playing music, hanging with my friends, and going shopping.
