The VIS support team has made an incredible difference in my sporting career and played a significant role in my development both on and off the track, strengthening my skills in strength and conditioning, expanding my knowledge of nutrition and recovery, and building my confidence as an athlete.

My most memorable sporting moment would be two things; winning the Open 200m in Perth at Nationals in 2025, and also placing 4th at the 2024 World U20 Championships in Peru.

What I enjoy most about athletics is the opportunity to travel, compete, and connect with people from all over Australia and the world. Athletics has allowed me to form some of my closest friendships, with friends now living all across the country.

Steak - it somehow became a semi-tradition that I have it the night before competitions and I try keep it up where possible!
