Proudest personal achievement outside of sport?
The opportunity to connect with others through story telling in my career as a keynote speaker.

It's going to stretch you further than you expected but you will learn how to turn the challenges into opportunities that will create a career beyond anything you imagined.

Plain and simple - chicken and white rice.

My Nanna, she passed away when I was a baby.
Freddie Mercury.
