How does the VIS support your career in high performance sport?
I wouldn't say it's one particular way, but rather many different things; like strength and conditioning in the gym, nutrition and rehab from injury, that all add up to make a really big difference in your sporting performance and even general health.
Most memorable sporting moment?
My most memorable sporting moment would have to be crossing the line 1st in Q Tour (Provelo Super League) and knowing we'd won the series. It was such a team effort and culmination of so many races, so it was such a nice moment for it all to come together.
What do you enjoy most about your sport?
The places sport takes you and the peace of just getting to ride out in nature.
What do you enjoy doing outside of sport?
I really enjoy hiking and exploring new places. I also enjoy relaxing by playing the piano.
