Access to all the elite services, especially the physiologists and strength and conditioning staff, has kept me training at a high level to keep improving my on-water performance.
Most memorable sporting moment?
Silver medal at the U23 World Championships in 2024.
What do you enjoy most about your sport?
Multiple times each day I get the chance to train with extremely driven individuals which I can learn plenty from.
Advice to your younger self?
Keep prioritising the fun in sport, that is where most improvement stems from.

What do you enjoy doing outside of sport?
Heading away to my farm as often as possible.
