Lead Physical Preparation Coach - Melbourne Vixens (3 Year Contract)

Description

The Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS) are looking for a dynamic and passionate high performance professional to join its team in the role of Lead Physical Preparation Coach for the Melbourne Vixens netball team. 

This full time position will be responsible for leading all aspects of the teams and individual players physical preparation. The position will primarily be based at the VIS headquarters in Melbourne’s Albert Park and the State Netball Hockey Centre. 

To be successful in this role, you should have had extensive experience working as a physical preparation coach with high performance athletes and a proven ability working within an interdisciplinary team environment. This experience should include demonstrable instances of working with the rehabilitation of complex sport injuries. 

The successful applicant will also need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound organisational and planning skills and attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve and provide solutions that will positively impact performance.
