Get your giddy–up on and impress your friends with these delicious and nutritious canapés this Spring Racing Carnival!

-        Zucchini slice baked with fresh herbs, thyme or basil and dukkah!

-        Spinach or silverbeet and low fat ricotta or cottage cheese filo parcels

-        Smoked salmon wrapped asparagus spears

-        Fresh vegetable dips and colourful veggie sticks

-        Feta and garlic stuffed mushrooms with parsley, thyme or basil

-        Spicy lean minced beef or turkey balls with Tzatiki (yoghurt) dressing

-        Rice paper rolls with shredded chicken, avocado, purple carrot, capsicum and thin spread of coriander or basil pesto

-        Home – made sweet potato wedges

-        Frozen fruit skewers ~ cantaloupe, rock melon, watermelon and strawberries
