In VIS Sport, It was a weekend of bronze medals - the Aussie Opals closed out the Women's Basketball World Cup with a win over Canada, as Laetisha Scanlan and James Willett paired up to place third in the trap mixed teams event at the ISSF World Championships.

Five VIS shooting athletes announced in Olympic Team

Victoria will be heavily represented in the Australian Shooting Team selected by The Australian Olympic Committee. VIS Shooting athletes will make up a third of the team set to compete at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics to be held in 2021.
